Shipping & Returns Refunds & Warranties
Thank you so very much your business is greatly appreciated..As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the payment has gone through, PLEASE NOTE: if bank deposit is used we need to see the cleared funds before we will dispatch the item, this can take from 1 to 5 days...!
Processing & dispatch times do vary from 1 to 4 days, depending on the season & the volume of business in the warehouse, generally & most often it is 1 to 2 days. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization for credit cards, or refund the bank deposit or paypal immediately and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 6 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within six business days from the date of dispatch. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com We use - Australia post, Allied, Toll, Fastway, Couriers Please, & TNT.
International shipping & NZ: We do ship our products to international buyers including into New Zealand, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a price on the shipping costs. Please also note you (the Buyer) will be responsible for any duties or taxes in your country...!
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Warranties: All of our products come with a standard 12 month warranty for any faults or damage NOT due to wear & tear. Any damage or faulty items that are deemed faulty from the manufacturer please take a video on your ph or as many pictures as needed to show the damage or fault, please also explain the fault in as clear a manner as possible & send this with the pictures or video to firstname.lastname@example.org & we will begin the warranty process with the manufacturer & please be aware this process can & does take from 1 week to as much as 4 weeks, we do sincerely apologize but this is due to each individual manufacturer & completely out of our control, we appreciate your understanding & patience...!
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders may be cancelled only if they haven't been shipped, If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will need to arrange return shipping & pay the post charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or paypal or bank account that you used when placing your order.
All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase & you must contact us before sending the item to the manufacturer or any address on the package, we need to generate a return number or it will simply get lost, this is extremely important & thank you for understanding...!
